Sometimes you'll encounter an error or problem and it is useful for me (Dan) to read your log.
To send me the log do the following:

The most common cause of the Auto-Off options not working is that your Treo is not going to sleep. To diagnose this, check Power Hero's log for "Sleep" entries (from the Main menu choose "View Log"). If you do not see "Sleep" entries then this is the problem.
Why is your Treo not going to sleep? There are two sleep states on a Treo; REM sleep and sleep. REM sleep is an intermediate state when apps can run in the background with the screen off like MP3 players. The Treo periodically asks certain apps if it can go to sleep. If an app says no then the Treo remains in REM sleep. So there's probably an app on your Treo keeping it in REM sleep.
To help track the app down, install http://yahm.palmoid.com/pali.zip PalmInternals. Click the Notif. button at the bottom. The apps listed under "REMq" are the ones that are asked if the device can go to sleep and therefore are the apps that can prevent the device from going to sleep. If it isn't too much trouble remove or disable some of the REMq apps and see if your Treo goes to sleep. By the way, you can disable PH from the Main menu.
The situation: You are using a high capacity battery in your Treo. The Capacity value on the big graph (Main menu -> View Graph) shows a value at 100% charge that is much lower than the value on battery's sticker. For example, on my 700p with a Seidio 2600 mAh battery Power Hero reports a Capacity value of 2006 mAh when charged to 100%. That is a difference of 594 mAh less than the value on the sticker.
I do not yet know what is going on. Power Hero reports what the OS provides. Besides the incorrect capacity value Power Hero still functions correctly and you still get longer battery life with the higher capacity battery.
