Registration codes are based on your hotsync id.

When a registration code doesn't work, this is almost always because we have the wrong hotsync id for you. You can log in to your account to check what hotsync id we have used to generate your codes.

All our apps now come with a two-part registration code that will look something like 1234-200809 make sure you put the first part in the first field in the registration page, and the second in the right hand field. The second part of the code lets you know when your free upgrades will expire. In this case, you get free upgrades until the 9th month of 2008.
