Code not received
From Hobbyist Software
When you make a purchase at most sites, they send us an email notification. We process these once a minute 24hrs a day - so you should receive your codes within a few minutes of purchase.
Unfortunately, a couple of stores do not send us any information - so we cannot send you codes, or store your codes for you to look up. These are
- Palm Software Connection
- Sprint 'Over the Air' store
- PocketGear store (since 2008)
If you purchased from one of these sites, then please contact them directly. We won't be able to help you as we don't have details to confirm your purchase.
Otherwise, the most common problems are:
Email blocked by spam filter
Please check that your spam filter isn't blocking mail from hobbyistsoftware.com You can then go to our registration site. Please enter your email address and click on the 'Send my password to my email address' button.
We will either send you an email with your password and registration codes (if you don't get it, your spam filter is probably blocking it) or an error indicating that we do not have this email address in our files
Wrong email address
Please check that you are logging in with the email address that you provided when you purchased.
Please double check in your sales receipt to check what email address you provided. If there is a problem with your email address, then please contact us and provide details of the problem as well as the details of your purchase (order number, email address, email receipt or similar)
